Organising

In the process of organising more Johnny Cupcakes lectures this time not just in Leeds. But in more central London; as he has plans for the future by opening a shop in Carnaby Street.
This could be the start of something much more. Maybe. Perhaps. Hopefully

Bristol Bound

After a slight detour via Manchester and The Get Up Kids gig; myself and two friends set off to Bristol with a 3hour+ drive ahead we stocked up on sugar and energy drinks.
PIT STOP: Manchester Academy

We got into Bristol around 1.50am. A very long drive.

We were staying with my cousins girlfriend Rosy and she had an amazing house with a cool view.

WOLF <3>

Graffiti in Bristol is just insane.
Slick line work and interesting colours

Banksy exhibition was good. Kinda weird seeing his work in a gallery context. I think also that he has become predictable and mundane as his work seemed to have lost the wow factor it had before.

The queue was ridiculous first thing in the morning. 4hours long; so we went back later on before it shut at 7.30 and got in within the hour; which wasn't too bad.

some shocking work tho. Michael Jackson inviting Hansel and Gretel

Old Stencil collection. Pretty sick to see

remember when Slobs painted the Harry Potter train

PIGS

this was a massive painting along one wall. was huge. house of commons filled with monkeys.
Brilliant

so detailed and precise. I think Banksy may have gone abit Hirst or Warhol on us and just have an idea and commission it to someone else.

Speaking of Damien Hirst

FUCK HIM.

Vintage Scott Chat Up Line

I'm going to put it on a t-shirt when screen print opens again. Probably have some small print on it for humour.

I watched the Hangover and realised it was by the same guy who did Old School with Will Ferrell.

Greetings... Mass Update

I've left the owl print i was working on for abit as i was getting annoyed with what i wanted to do with it. I've turned it into this coin i'm going to produce a series of these based around sayings from different cultures around the world.

When we start back in September, i'm going to produce the coins in a series of gold foiled prints on black paper. Should be quiet sexual when finished.

I also produced a series of skate decks using the elements illustrations i did for the Hugo:Create brief. It was for a competiton for Infectious.

I'm working on a series of imagery around the concept of 'This is England' looking at what i perceive as wrong with this country. I gave the guy a diver for a sandwhich and a drink. Nice fella.

However uni didnt have the correct binder for the white box. So i ended up with this

I wanted to submit this to 'The Good Design Book' however, due to family illness i missed the deadline.
Sucks. would have been an awesome opportunity to get in a published design book. Maybe next year.

Sennheiser are holding a competition to design headphones for them. I produced these illustrations after watching Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen; basing the designs around the Twins - Skids and Mudflap.

Gimmicky i know
